Chat Notes – Communican with Customers

Get in contact with the customer regarding a specific ORDER.


Chat Notes can be found on the order page.


Customers can use this feature at any point of the ordering process, while Production Centers can only respond with messages once the order has been checked out! 

To mark received messages as read, click
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]ng> or Auto mark as read when visiting the Notes page.

Messages are refreshed on entering the Notes page, when you send a message and every 7 minutes.

Sent messages cannot be modified or deleted! 

Notifications

New messages are shown in the Orders page and the individual page of the order.
