1. Cancellation of Subscription Licenses
Customers may cancel subscription-based licenses at any time by notifying the reseller by whom the license was sold.
To take effect at the end of the current subscription period, the cancellation must be submitted at least one month prior to the license expiration date for yearly licenses.
Monthly licenses can be stopped until one day before the license expiration date.
If cancellation is not made within this period, the license will automatically renew for an additional subscription term.
2. Effect of Cancellation
Once a subscription license is cancelled:
- The license remains active and fully usable until its expiration date.
- After expiration, the license will not be renewed.
- Access to updates will end upon expiration.
3. Early Period Cancellation
If a subscription license is cancelled within the first month after activation, no charges will be invoiced for that license.
4. Multiple Subscriptions
If a customer holds multiple licenses for the same module, the cancellation of one license does not affect any other active subscriptions.
5. Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses are granted for an unlimited duration and are not subject to recurring subscription fees.
However, the reseller may terminate (stop) a lifetime license to indicate that it is no longer required by the customer.
6. Post-Expiration Behavior
After a license expires:
- A grace period may apply, during which the software may remain usable temporarily
- After the grace period:
- the software may become unavailable, or
- functionality may be limited depending on the module
