Chat Notes – Message Customers

Get in contact with the customer regarding a specific ORDER.

Chat Notes can be found on the order page.

Customers can use this feature at any point of the ordering process, while Production Centers can only respond with messages once the order has been checked out! 

To mark received messages as read, click mark as read or Auto mark as read when visiting the Notes page.
The checkmark next to your messages indicate that the customer has received and read the message.

Messages are refreshed on entering the Notes page, when you send a message and every 7 minutes.

Sent messages cannot be modified or deleted! 


New messages are shown in the Orders page and the individual page of the order.
