Chat Notes – Message the Production Center

Get in contact with the Production Center with any inquiries regarding a specific ORDER.

Chat Notes can be found on the order page.

To mark received messages as read, click mark as read or Auto mark as read when visiting the Notes page.

The checkmark next to your messages indicate that the Production Center has received and read the message.

Messages are refreshed on entering the Notes page, when you send a message and every 15 minutes.

Sent messages cannot be modified or deleted!

Notifications

New messages are shown in the Orders page and the individual page of the order.
