Processing Orders

By selecting any given order, the customer details and product list can be checked out.

The order status is seen by the customer and is partially updated by the watcher automatically.

To update it manually, select the pen-icon.

Below, you can view various information and change the estimated delivery date as well as forward the order to a different production center.

Responsible Person & Printouts

From here, you can set the responsible person for the order.

the first member of the group to view the order will be automatically assigned as responsible

The order form and declaration of conformity can be printed here.

the declaration of conformity can be printed only after quality control has been completed.

Go to the Products tab of a given order.

A quality check has to be performed on every manufactured product.

For each product, the status of the quality check has to be entered.

Variance analyses can be uplodaded here as well.

When using the four-eyes-principle, the quality control and the confirmation of the quality control must be done by different users.

Making any changes here will automatically move the order status to Quality Check.

when all products are checked, it updates to Quality control completed
after the confirmation of the quality control, it updates to Ready Dispatch. This allows the declaration of conformity to be printed

After all ordered products are commissioned, a tracking number may be entered for the order:

On the Details page of an order, specify the shipping company.

This generates a link, which is displayed to the customer to open the delivery companys tracking system.

The order status gets updated to In Transit when completing this step.
