Orders

You might have made a mistake and recognize that after you sent it to the milling center.

In this case 3 situations are possible:

  1. The status of the project already changed to “approved”. In this case you may need to call the milling center and talk to them what to do. Since the order is already “in progress”, you cannot change it anymore.
The members of the milling center can cancel the order or ask for rework. You will see in your order overview, that the order was cancelled.
  2. No user of the milling center has accepted the project so far. You can send a cancel request to the milling center. The order is cancelled and you can change your work and re-order the case. The milling center group cannot accept the cancelled order anymore, it is not shown after the next refresh. The order itself is deleted.
  3. The milling center has problems to nest the parts received from the dental technician. In this case the watcher sets the project status to “rework” or “cancelled” – dependent on the reason why the work cannot be done. The order is cancelled and you are informed.

When the order is cancelled or set to rework, you can change the project and uplift it again. In this case the handshake including sending / accepting an offer is performed again. The original order is cancelled in either case.

Installation

No, the installer automatically checks if the required .NET Runtime is installed and installs it if necessary.

Sideloading allows you to install applications outside the Microsoft Store. If your security policies do not permit this, the installer will help you enable it.

After installation, you can view the release notes by selecting the appropriate option on the completion page.

You can uninstall the application via Settings under “Apps & Features.”

Or you can search for the application in the Start menu, right click on it and select “Uninstall”.
